This place sucks. Dropped car off Sunday. They’re closed. Then weren’t open Monday. I call Tuesday and they didn’t do any work on it like I asked them to do in order to pass inspection. Told me to pick it up because they don’t have the stickers for it? So I did and was then asked to bring it back on Thursday around noon. I’ve called 15 times and no one answers at all. Shouldn’t take a whole week to work on my car? Don’t ever go here. Waste of time and money I’m sure but I wouldn’t know because they didn’t do a single service for me and my vehicle.

My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated. He was helpful, courteous, and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to get the most out of me like other tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past.

My local garage wasn't able to get me in for an oil change so, I used Hank's for the first time last week. Hank was so nice that I feel a bit bad leaving a negative review. I took my car in for an oil change and to have two headlights and a fog light changed. They had my car for three and a half hours. After three hours I finally told the mechanic that unfortunately, I had a funeral to attend and I needed my car back. I kept being told it would just be five more minutes but, another half hour passed. I would have also been more understanding of the long wait time if I had just dropped in but, I called and made an appointment. When I arrived that morning, no one had any idea I was coming and they didn't have the bulbs they needed for the car. I ended up having to tell them to forget the fog light because at that point I was already fifteen minutes late for the funeral I was attending. When I went to pay, they charged me for all three lights and I had to remind them they didn't change one of them. I'm also pretty sure they only changed the headlight that was out, not both but charged me for both. The total price ended up being over $250. I was charged $125 in labor for an oil change

My wife and I were in a car accident this afternoon, called AAA, and were very lucky to get Hank's. Gator from Hank's arrived promptly and was extremely helpful. He cleared the glass and debris before leaving. He hauled our car to a shop near our home two hours away, and even called me to let me know he got the car dropped off fine. We will always appreciate receiving such amazing service at such a difficult time. Thanks, Hank's!
